Spend Analysis: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through inventory optimisation and warehouse operations on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with logistics management, supplier relationship management and demand planning in their own organisation.
