Spend Analysis
Procurement and Supply Chain|3 days|Classroom or live online
This Spend Analysis programme gives delegates a working command of inventory optimisation and supply risk assessment, grounded in the CIPS professional standard. Organisations invest here because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with ethical sourcing, e-procurement systems and supplier performance measurement in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain ethical sourcing to someone who does not do the work, measured against the CIPS professional standard
- Bring e-procurement systems into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of supplier performance measurement rather than escalating it
- Put demand planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
