Stakeholder Engagement Reporting and Analytics

Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online

Stakeholder Engagement Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through social media strategy and campaign planning and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with issues management, brand positioning and reputation measurement in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Review issues management and say plainly whether it is working, measured against established corporate communication practice
  • Spot where brand positioning is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Put reputation measurement on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
  • Bring internal communication into line with current good practice
