This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through data warehouse concepts and data governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with storytelling with data, dashboard design and forecasting techniques in their own organisation.
