This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into document control, sample handling and chain of custody and the judgement calls that sit outside good laboratory practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, corrective and preventive action and reagent management in their own organisation.
