Statistical Process Control Reporting and Analytics
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Statistical Process Control Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through document control and reagent management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with measurement uncertainty, data integrity and equipment calibration in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring measurement uncertainty into line with current good practice, measured against good laboratory practice
- Improve data integrity within their own organisation
- Make a decision about equipment calibration without waiting for a specialist
- Put internal auditing on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
