Statistical Process Control: Tools and Techniques

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through data integrity and measurement uncertainty on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal auditing, quality management systems and reagent management in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Take ownership of internal auditing rather than escalating it, measured against ISO 17025
  • Spot where quality management systems is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Bring reagent management into line with current good practice
  • Make a decision about laboratory design without waiting for a specialist
