This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through self service analytics and forecasting techniques on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with spreadsheet controls, report automation and visual encoding choices in their own organisation.
