Strategic Business Intelligence looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on SQL querying, data cleaning and preparation and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with dashboard design, spreadsheet controls and statistical fundamentals in their own organisation.
