Strategic Contractor Safety Management looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on confined space entry, toolbox talks and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match. Delegates leave able to work confidently with incident investigation, environmental impact assessment and safety auditing in their own organisation.
