Strategic Council and Committee Procedure looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on supply chain compliance in government, audit action planning and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with intergovernmental relations, revenue management and municipal budgeting in their own organisation.
