Strategic Data Analysis looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on scenario modelling, KPI definition and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with DAX and calculated measures, statistical fundamentals and spreadsheet controls in their own organisation.
