Strategic Fire Safety Management looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on personal protective equipment, environmental impact assessment and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk assessment, toolbox talks and contractor safety management in their own organisation.
