Strategic ISO 45001 Implementation
Health, Safety and Environment|5 days|Classroom or live online
Strategic ISO 45001 Implementation looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on safety culture, environmental impact assessment and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with root cause analysis, occupational hygiene and working at height in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review root cause analysis and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Improve occupational hygiene within their own organisation
- Spot where working at height is failing before it becomes a finding
- Make a decision about incident investigation without waiting for a specialist
