Strategic Laboratory Accreditation looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on data integrity, technical record keeping and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with proficiency testing, laboratory design and accreditation preparation in their own organisation.
