Strategic Measurement Uncertainty
Laboratory and Quality Management|5 days|Classroom or live online
Strategic Measurement Uncertainty looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on laboratory design, root cause analysis and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with quality management systems, laboratory safety and method validation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring quality management systems into line with current good practice, measured against ISO 9001
- Review laboratory safety and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where method validation is failing before it becomes a finding
- Improve equipment calibration within their own organisation
