Strategic Method Validation looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on data integrity, quality management systems and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with document control, equipment calibration and internal auditing in their own organisation.
