Strategic Non Conformance Management looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on internal auditing, measurement uncertainty and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence. Delegates leave able to work confidently with method validation, reagent management and sample handling and chain of custody in their own organisation.
