Strategic Power BI looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on storytelling with data, dashboard design and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them. Delegates leave able to work confidently with DAX and calculated measures, scenario modelling and spreadsheet controls in their own organisation.
