Strategic Safety Management Systems looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on toolbox talks, waste management and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with personal protective equipment, permit to work systems and risk assessment in their own organisation.
