Strategic Supply Chain Risk looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on contract administration, supply risk assessment and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with ethical sourcing, bid adjudication and contract negotiation in their own organisation.
