Strategic Waste Management looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on toolbox talks, safety culture and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contractor safety management, legal appointments and duties and risk assessment in their own organisation.
