Strategic Working at Height looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on occupational hygiene, contractor safety management and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with permit to work systems, safety auditing and hazard identification in their own organisation.
