This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into tender evaluation, bid adjudication and the judgement calls that sit outside the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with warehouse operations, spend analysis and supply risk assessment in their own organisation.
