Sustainable Procurement Reporting and Analytics

Procurement and Supply Chain|3 days|Classroom or live online

Sustainable Procurement Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through supply risk assessment and bid adjudication and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier performance measurement, e-procurement systems and category management in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Bring supplier performance measurement into line with current good practice, measured against the CIPS professional standard
  • Spot where e-procurement systems is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Explain category management to someone who does not do the work
  • Improve ethical sourcing within their own organisation
