Tax Compliance Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through financial modelling and management accounting and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with budgeting and variance analysis, working capital management and lease accounting in their own organisation.
