This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into sample handling and chain of custody, equipment calibration and the judgement calls that sit outside good laboratory practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, technical record keeping and internal auditing in their own organisation.
