Tender and Bid Management Reporting and Analytics
Procurement and Supply Chain|3 days|Classroom or live online
Tender and Bid Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through tender evaluation and total cost of ownership and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with e-procurement systems, strategic sourcing and category management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where e-procurement systems is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations
- Explain strategic sourcing to someone who does not do the work
- Review category management and say plainly whether it is working
- Put logistics management on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
