Third Party Risk Reporting and Analytics
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
Third Party Risk Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through risk culture and regulatory reporting and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision. Delegates leave able to work confidently with control design, risk appetite and tolerance and operational risk in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about control design without waiting for a specialist, measured against ISO 31000
- Explain risk appetite and tolerance to someone who does not do the work
- Review operational risk and say plainly whether it is working
- Put fraud risk management on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
