Treasury Operations Reporting and Analytics
Finance and Accounting|3 days|Classroom or live online
Treasury Operations Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through management accounting and internal controls and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with capital budgeting, audit readiness and financial statement preparation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review capital budgeting and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Companies Act
- Take ownership of audit readiness rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about financial statement preparation without waiting for a specialist
- Explain impairment testing to someone who does not do the work
