Treasury Operations: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through consolidation and working capital management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with budgeting and variance analysis, capital budgeting and impairment testing in their own organisation.
