Warehouse Management Reporting and Analytics
Procurement and Supply Chain|3 days|Classroom or live online
Warehouse Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through tender evaluation and ethical sourcing and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with warehouse operations, inventory optimisation and supplier development in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain warehouse operations to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act
- Improve inventory optimisation within their own organisation
- Take ownership of supplier development rather than escalating it
- Bring category management into line with current good practice
