Working at Height for Managers

3 days|Delivered on request

This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers toolbox talks and legal appointments and duties from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety culture, incident investigation and safety auditing in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Spot where safety culture is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against ISO 45001
  • Take ownership of incident investigation rather than escalating it
  • Improve safety auditing within their own organisation
  • Review working at height and say plainly whether it is working
