This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through safety culture and permit to work systems on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contractor safety management, confined space entry and root cause analysis in their own organisation.
