This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into negotiation at senior level, delegation and accountability and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, mergers and integration and stakeholder management in their own organisation.
