This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into spokesperson training, stakeholder mapping and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with community engagement, investor communication and communication auditing in their own organisation.
