This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into project reporting, work breakdown structure and the judgement calls that sit outside earned value management. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cost estimation, project initiation and agile and scrum practice in their own organisation.
