This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into change control, scheduling and the judgement calls that sit outside the PMBOK guide. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project closure, agile and scrum practice and portfolio prioritisation in their own organisation.
