This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into media relations, spokesperson training and the judgement calls that sit outside established corporate communication practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond. Delegates leave able to work confidently with interview technique, speech writing and internal communication in their own organisation.
