This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into innovation leadership, succession at executive level and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategy execution, enterprise risk oversight and stakeholder management in their own organisation.
