This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into board reporting, executive decision making and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, corporate governance and leading distributed teams in their own organisation.
