This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into leading through change, organisational culture and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with board reporting, mergers and integration and enterprise risk oversight in their own organisation.
