This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into psychometric assessment, remuneration and benefits and the judgement calls that sit outside the Skills Development Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with disciplinary procedure, workforce planning and grievance handling in their own organisation.

Per delegate, for the full 5 days. Covers tuition, course materials and refreshments. Excludes travel and accommodation.
