This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into grievance handling, employee relations and the judgement calls that sit outside the Employment Equity Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with change management, talent acquisition and remuneration and benefits in their own organisation.
