This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into performance management, change management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Ulrich HR business partner model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with workforce planning, organisational design and HR analytics in their own organisation.
