This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into succession planning, workforce planning and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance management, psychometric assessment and grievance handling in their own organisation.
