This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into communication auditing, reputation measurement and the judgement calls that sit outside established corporate communication practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond. Delegates leave able to work confidently with campaign planning, brand positioning and media relations in their own organisation.
