This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into performance dialogue, leading distributed teams and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, strategy execution and board reporting in their own organisation.
