This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into onboarding design, job evaluation and grading and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational design, employment equity reporting and employee relations in their own organisation.
