This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into leading through change, succession at executive level and the judgement calls that sit outside the balanced scorecard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with innovation leadership, stakeholder management and strategic planning in their own organisation.

Per delegate, for the full 5 days. Covers tuition, course materials and refreshments. Excludes travel and accommodation.
